Osteopathic Cranial Course for the Dentist

Learn how to use your hands with osteopathy to treat the underlying etiologies for craniofacial dysfunctions.

Next session details coming soon.

This is a course for the dentist who is interested in learning basic osteopathic cranial skills as well as for the dentist who is seasoned with using palpitation in their office but wants to improve their palpatory capacities.

This course will focus on learning specific dentally relevant ostepathic cranial-facial skills. The course will include how to "balance" the occlusion using ostepathic techniques to release the soft tissue influencing the dental occlusion. The goal of the course is to provide an opportunity for the dentist to have "take home" practical palpatory skills to help integrate and guide their dental treatments.

Topics Covered include (but not limited to):

  • Introduction to the Cranial Concept
  • Clinically significant anatomy of the cranium and face
  • Palpation of the inherent motion of the cranium and face
  • Relevant soft tissue influence on the dental occlusion and how to treat with osteopathy
  • The temporal bone as a "Trouble Maker" and its relationship to oral function

Continued Education that will transform your practice into a whole integrated approach to craniofacial dysfunctions.

Osteopathic Cranial Course for Dentists

You practice in a dynamic and rigorous field. While keeping clinically current is imperative, it is expected. "Clinically current" does not give your practice the edge over surrounding practices. The edge goes to one who can acquire the skills necessary to observe and diagnose symptoms with a unique perspective, manage a more effective and efficient practice.

So the need to keep professionally current is obvious but the questions are when and how do I start? Dr. Turzo's Osteopathic Cranial Course was made specifically for dentists this is a dentist only course who want to evolve their practice into one with transformative and healing qualities.  Yes, our course is an opportunity for CE, but knowledge obtained in this course will help you heal your patients more effectively than before.
